Chuck leads the deal team at Republic; a leading equity crowdfunding portal part of the AngelList, ProductHunt and CoinList family. He is also GP of micro VC fund RainmakeMe and sits on the board of PantyProp and RidersShare. Chuck has an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He lives with his wife and two young children in New York City, loves the startup ecosystem and is always up to hear your pitch, offer advice and help get you to the next level.
