Executive Chef, Smith J. St. Juste graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. He then spent several years working with prominent international restaurant and hotels chains including Marriott and Westin. His managerial at said establishments and culinary expertise led to him launch a successful catering company.
A native of Haiti, he is recognized for comprehensive knowledge of international cuisine and has over 15 years BOH & FOH of progressive experience managing the provision of fine dining including institutional and batch cooking, catering, presentation, hospitality, and food safety.
Chef St. Juste has great ability to cultivate partnerships with service providers, in obtaining the freshest and highest quality ingredients. His commitment is to leave the patrons with a memorable dining experience.
